“We are pleased to announce the successful resolution of another case on behalf of one of our clients,” Mr. Schefman stated.
The client, a widow who lost her husband in a tragic automobile injury and who wishes to remain anonymous, stated that she was “grateful to for all of the help of Mr. Schefman, who believed in the case, even though my husband made some deadly mistakes”.
Mr. Schefman noted that the individual and corporate defendants “had some very obvious defenses of his client’s own fault that reduced the value of the claim, and that ultimately could have proved fatal to the case.” The case was settled shortly after the local mediation process required through the Circuit Courts.
